These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nibelung platform and website, both operated by Stellar Labs OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services — including the Nibelung software platform (accessible via subscription or API) and the public website located at https://www.nibelung.ai — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Nibelung platform or website.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using Nibelung, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
This Acceptable Use section forms an integral part of these Terms and is enforceable as Nibelung’s official Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation of the terms outlined herein may result in account suspension or termination.
You agree to use Nibelung only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not, under any circumstances:

All content and materials made available through Nibelung, including but not limited to software, text, images, logos, and documentation, are the property of Stellar Labs OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and taking appropriate measures to protect it.
Your use of Nibelung is also governed by our Privacy Policy https://www.nibelung.ai/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nibelung at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete any data associated with your account.
The Nibelung platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Labs OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
